The house is located on a quiet street and is a 3-minute drive or an 8 minute walk to Palo Alto's exclusive downtown area with high end restaurants, cafes and other establishments. The house is on the west side of Hwy 101, right next to Palo Alto's multi-million dollar mansions. Stanford University is also close by and is at the other end of University Avenue.

Spent 4 days at Nelson’s with two of my friends and our 4 children. Really enjoyed the property, especially the yard. A few minutes from Stanford University and 30 min from Chase Center so was a great spot to stay at. Would definitely recommend.

We so enjoyed the kids and grand baby visting. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The backyard was great, lots of play space. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots/pqns/dishes. HVAC works well. Hosts were very responsive when reaching out. We will see if available next time everyone visits.
