This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $300 penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) inside the unit. This property is situated in a high-vegetation area. Minor natural debris such as leaves, pollen, and small branches is to be expected and is not considered a cleanliness issue. The jacuzzi is maintained within a safe operating range of 96°F–104°F. While covered, temperature retention is improved; however, actual water temperature may vary based on usage, weather conditions, and time of day. We do not guarantee the water temperature will consistently remain at 104°F.
