BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 14 guests in 7 beds and 2 air mattresses. The 5th bedroom is both a TV room and bedroom. The couch turns into a queen bed. - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen , 1 Twin(Sleeps 3) - Bedroom 3:1 Queen , 1 Twin(Sleeps 3) -Bedroom 4: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 5: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2) - Additional beds: 2 air mattresses BATHROOMS: All 3 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 8 while the breakfast bar has seating for 2 and includes all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the modern pool and an outdoor patio featuring a propane BBQ and hot tub. Disclaimer: the pool is outdoors some foliage in the pool is unavoidable. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $300 penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) inside the unit. This property is situated in a high-vegetation area. Minor natural debris such as leaves, pollen, and small branches is to be expected and is not considered a cleanliness issue. This property features an outdoor pool. Minor debris such as leaves or insects may occasionally be present and is a normal occurrence with outdoor pools. The jacuzzi is maintained within a safe operating range of 96°F–104°F. While covered, temperature retention is improved; however, actual water temperature may vary based on usage, weather conditions, and time of day. We do not guarantee the water temperature will consistently remain at 104°F.
